CSO states that "Phishing is a method of trying to gather personal information using deceptive e-mails and websites."  These fake emails, links or phone numbers are "fishing" for your sensitive personal information. These attempts may be randomly sent out by scammers attempting to gain access to your information. 

Dwolla will only send automated emails from no-reply@dwolla.com, communications@dwolla.com or support@dwolla.com.

We will never ask for your personal information via email. If we ever do request additional information on your account, we will ask that you upload it inside your Dwolla account on our secure website: https://www.dwolla.com.

If you ever suspect or have concerns with what you believe to be a phishing attempt that looks like a Dwolla email or website, please take the following actions:
- Do not open any of the website links
- Contact Dwolla Support immediately at support@dwolla.com or by phone at 1.888.289.8744
- Report the phishing link, email address or website by forwarding the email to support@dwolla.com and include any screenshots or content for our Security team to review
- Delete the email, link or website that you have received

If you ever suspect that you have provided information or responded to a phishing scam, please take the following actions:
- Change the password and PIN on your linked bank accounts and your Dwolla account that you believe may be compromised
- Contact Dwolla Support immediately at support@dwolla.com or by phone at 1.888.289.8744
- Report the phishing link, email address or website by forwarding the email to 
support@dwolla.com and include any screenshots or content for our Security team to review
- Routinely review your Dwolla and bank account information to ensure that no suspicious activity is taking place
