1. The transaction is still processing from the bank and through the ACH network.
These typically take 3-4 business days*. To check when a transaction is expect to clear, go to the Pending Transactions page and click “Details” to see when the transaction is expected to clear.
2. The account that is sending or receiving the transaction has not been verified.
*Make sure both the sender and receiver are verified and do not have an “Action Required” notice at the top of the account dashboard. (See screenshot below)
