Let’s check on a few things before going into panic mode:
  • Make sure the transaction is not listed as pending. If the transaction is listed on the Pending Transactions page, the transaction has not cleared yet. Check the “Details” page to see when the transaction is expected to clear.
  • Typos happen! Make sure the correct email address or phone number was used. This can be done in the Payment Activity section under the “Money Out” tab. If there was a typo, just click “Details” and “Cancel this Transfer” to send it to the correct account.
  • Make sure the receiver has a fully verified Dwolla account. We cannot credit funds to an account that has not been completely verified. Have the receiver check their account for any “Action Required.”
