If you are required to enter a password to complete this step you will need to contact Dwolla’s customer support team at: 1-888-289-8744 between the hours of 9am-5pm CST M-F seeing as to how your email address has not been verified.  You will be asked to confirm a few pieces of personal information in order to verify your identity, and a password reset form will be sent to you via email. 

If you have forgotten you password, please keep in mind that it must be a minimum of 8 characters, containing at least 1 UPPER case letter and 1 number.

Dwolla, Inc. is the operator of a software platform that communicates user instructions for funds transfers to Veridian Credit Union and Compass Bank.
