Even though we are sad to see you go, here are the options to deactivate and permanently suspend your Dwolla account.
1. Deactivation- You are able to deactivate your account by clicking on the following link: Deactivate
By doing this you will be able to activate this account at a later date if you wish.
2. Permanent Suspension- A permanent suspension means that unless you contact Dwolla Support at a later date, access will be unobtainable. If you prefer this option please email Dwolla Support at firstname.lastname@example.org, and a representative will be able to proceed on with this action.
Keep in mind that according to the "Data Retention" section in our Terms and Services we must keep all accounts in our system for at least 3 years. If you would like to remove the banking information from the account make sure to do so before you take either course of action.
